The association maintains substantial reserves to continually and suitably maintain all amenities. In addition the association maintains air conditioning and heating units within the residences. The monthly home owners association fees covers continual care of the common areas as well as the individual unit’s electricity, water, trash and basic cable.

Friendly Staff

Consists of a Community Manager and other employees with job assignments covering the front desk, maintenance, grounds, and care for the inside and outside of the common areas.

Fitness Room

Has treadmills, free weights & elliptical machines.

Guest Rooms

There are two guest rooms available for rent at a reasonable rate for the benefit of resident owners and their guests.

Wessex Towers utilizes wireless smoke detectors and fire sprinklers throughout the building. These features are monitored by ADT Security

Parking

Each unit includes one covered parking space, double units are entitled to two.

Laundry Room

Available for those residents who do not have of do not prefer laundry facilities in their units, coin-operated washers and dryers are available to the residents and their guests.

Social Room

Located in the west wing, and is available to the residents for entertaining guests. The room will accommodate 75 guests and has kitchen facilities.

Storage Bin

Each unit is permitted usage of an enclosed storage unit in the basement of the building.
